With over 30 years of experience spanning diverse industries, Grant has built a career across both corporate and consulting environments, from regional to national levels. A strategic leader, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful outcomes. His consulting engagements are always purpose-driven, drawing on insights gained from a wide range of industries and roles. Some of these roles have involved rapid change to arrest an organisations downwards spiral.

Grant holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and a Master of Business Administration, major Strategic Management (University Medal) from Bond University. He is an Associate of CPA Australia.

Passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility, Grant is deeply committed to community and charitable initiatives. His career has encompassed the finance sector with Barclays Bank, strategic consulting with Deloitte in Australia and the New York-based Ignition Institute, as well as Federal and State Governments initiatives. He has also led Strategic Reviews of Private Companies and in assisting with their Execution, worked with Fintech Startups, Private Equity & Debt, and has driven Capital Raising efforts.

Grant has held C-Suite business Transformation roles, including Leading Organisations through rapidly moving challenging environments, such as the Automative Industry and the GFC impact on the Commodity Industry Supply Chain.
