HMW Group announces the launch of HMW Real Estate Advisory, giving clients access to specialist property valuation and research analysts to optimise the performance of their property portfolios.
Brisbane, October 12, 2023 – Building on the success of its accounting and business advisory reputation with property clients in Australia, HMW Group is delighted to announce that it has established a new affiliated entity, HMW Real Estate Advisory Pty Ltd.
The new service will provide end-to-end solutions for clients across the entire project lifecycle including: property valuation services, property economic and research services, NDIS disabled housing project consultation and advice, property portfolio valuer/valuation management, project feasibility analysis, rental review, determinations and assessments and project investment and funding sourcing.
This compliments HMW Group’s expertise in accounting and business advisory, corporate finance and debt advisory. The team will work closely with these existing transactional business lines to provide a more holistic service to clientele. Backed by over 50 years of accounting and business advisory expertise in HMW Group and the practical support from a team of over 60 people, HMW Real Estate Advisory has the scale to do what other valuers can’t.
