Senior Associate, Research

A Senior Associate of Research at HMW Real Estate Advisory, Casey has a Graduate Diploma in Economics and is a member of the Australian Property Institute. She has over 16 years’ experience in the property industry, including more than 12 years in a property research capacity. She previously held State and National Director roles at M3 Property.

Casey solidifies her position as an important team member of HMW Real Estate Advisory by conducting timely and insightful research. Her special interests include exploring current and emerging demographic, economic and property market trends. She produces well-regarded industry white papers and insights for HMW Real Estate Advisory’s clients.

Casey assists clients with property market research in various property sectors and she is experienced at producing supply and demand studies and catchment analyses for proposed business and property ventures.

Joseph Bussa

Joseph Bussa

Senior Associate, Graduate Valuer and Analyst

Joseph is an Analyst within HMW Real Estate Advisory (part of the HMW Group). Joseph has a Diploma of Business and is currently completing his Bachelor of Property Economics / Bachelor of Business (Finance), with expected completion in 2024. He is also a licensed real estate agent. He has previous experience working in a mortgage consulting firm where he was responsible for the preparation of loan applications and submissions, management of the end-to-end loan process, arranging valuations, and lender pricing requests.

Joseph assists the team by collecting and analysing market information, maintenance of database, preparation of market overviews, and report preparation. He works across all major property sectors, including office, retail, industrial, residential, health and aged care, and tourism and leisure as well as the alternative property sectors.

Senior Analyst

Rob is a Senior Analyst within HMW Real Estate Advisory (part of the HMW Group). He provides a broad range of property advice, portfolio valuation management services, investment and project analysis financial advice, highest-and-best-use assessments, family court valuations and valuations for duty and superannuation purposes.

He started his career with LandMark White and expanded the Brisbane team to 15 valuers by 2019. He worked as a Senior Property Officer at Ipswich City Council, then as a Property Advisor at Inland Rail.

From 2021 to early 2024, Rob worked for JLL as a Senior Valuer, covering residential, rural residential, family law, and prestige valuations in the Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, and Brisbane Valley regions. His impressive work experience brings remarkable and extensive knowledge within the team.
